Specialists from Ark Services Group have developed a new service for our RETURNING clients – DRIVEWAY CARE. DRIVEWAY CARE is a comprehensive protection program for your driveway.
Why choose driveway care?
The asphalt pavement on the driveway is constantly exposed to the destructive influences of the
environment - the main two factors being water and weeds. DRIVEWAY CARE guards against both of these
main destructive influences.
Water Protection
Protection against water is provided by our sealant, which we use to cover the entire surface of your driveway. Since our sealer is oil-based tar sealer, it prevents water penetrating the base of your driveway through miniscule cracks. However, this protection is not enough when it comes to large cracks than are more than 3 cm in width.

Grass and weeds growing out of pavement cracks in sidewalks, driveways, and patios is a common annoyance. Driveway and sidewalk cracks hold a surprising amount of soil and organic matter, a perfect bed for grass and weed seeds. That is why we offer biannual weed removal with our Driveway Care Plan. We don't just cut the weed, but we try to completely remove their entire root system. You choose when you want us to remove the weeds!
Complimentary Crack Care
Unfortunately it’s not IF a new asphalt driveway will crack, but WHEN it will crack. Asphalt driveway cracks will need to be sealed to prevent further damage to the asphalt which is part of the ongoing maintenance of an asphalt driveway that will need to be performed on a regular basis.
However, you don't have to worry anymore. We will fill in the cracks with Industry Grade Hot Rubberized matter that is typically used on city roads! The rubber will act as filler between the cracks that is also water repellant. This will keep your driveways' life span longer!
